Compensation:$40 - $50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends and insights, as well as relevant blogs and resources for reference in each email campaign.
- Collaborate closely with the team to design and execute four custom email campaigns per month, tailored to distinct segments: 1. Email to Sphere of Influence (SOI), 2. Email to Potential Buyer, 3. Email for Home Sellers, and 4. Email for Investors.
- Craft persuasive and engaging written content that speaks directly to the target audience's needs, aspirations, and pain points.
- Develop and implement clear and strategic calls to action (CTAs) in each email to encourage lead generation and engagement.
- Create visually appealing email templates in alignment with our branding guidelines, incorporating graphic design elements to enhance user experience.
- Create impactful subject lines and preview text to maximize open rates and click-through rates.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to segment the audience effectively and deliver tailored messages.
- Regularly analyze and assess email campaign performance, extracting insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that email layouts, graphics, and visual elements align seamlessly with the brand.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in email marketing and content creation.
- Proven track record in email marketing, content creation, and lead generation, with a strong understanding of real estate dynamics.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, action-oriented content.
- Proficiency in market research to identify trends, insights, and relevant resources.
- Strong graphic design skills, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually appealing email templates.
- Expertise in implementing effective calls to action (CTAs) that drive lead conversion and engagement.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and lead tracking systems.
- Data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics to continually refine and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
