We are seeking a customer-driven Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to join our team. This role is the initial contact for our clients and new customers, you are the eyes and ears for our sales team, fielding customer inquiries and offering security solutions to best fit their needs. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to grow and challenge yourself.


Available Shift:


  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You Will Do:


  • Manages inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Secures sales by offering security services and identify the customers needs
  • Enhances the customer service experience by answering questions/inquires, clarifies information, troubleshoots and provides solutions/alternatives
  • Builds sustainable customer relationships in order to establish a solid connection with our existing clients and new customers
  • Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Keeps records of all interactions in the CRM sales database in a detailed manner ensuring all call related information is recorded
  • Follows up on quotes and generates profitable sales orders
  • Assist with dispatching guards to clients
  • Works well independently along with being able to collaborate with our sales team

What You Will Need:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • CRM experience is a plus; training will be provided
  • Security industry knowledge is a plus
