The Anesthesiology Department at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician. The position offers full benefits, paid malpractice, and a 1:3 rotating call schedule from home. This position works with 5 CRNA's and is responsible for assisting with 2,500 scheduled surgeries per year in General Surgery, Pediatrics, ENT, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Orthopaedics, and Opthalmology. The position will perform a variety of blocks with minimal medical management, provide consultative service to 12-16 patients per day as well as pre-operative evaluation clinic for 2-3 patients per day. Ideal Physician should be a team player, willing to share call, enjoys working closely with multi-specialty group members and communicates well with patients and colleagues and preferably has pain clinic experience.
