TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop recruitment strategies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures that help Creator Managers to recruit LIVE-focused creators to grow in content popularity, revenue, and reach expanded communities on TikTok LIVE.
  • Own the strategic planning and development of Creator growth strategists and managers through onboarding, training, and familiarity with TikTok LIVE platform, Live product, understanding of operational logic, and helping with integration and localization.
  • Promote and drive product localization by understanding new global product features, develop strategies and plans, educate both external and internal stakeholders, leverage hot topics, and utilize various channels to encourage more users to use Live Product.
  • Conduct analysis and metrics review with strategic partners to enable effective decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in high-growth environments with a focus on content and entertainment operations.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to ask the right questions and use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of partners (external and internal).
  • Validated results in strategy implementation, strategic planning, and analysis.
  • Cross-regional experience is highly preferred.
  • Curious, self-motivated, with a bias for action (a "no task is too small" mentality).

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65000 - $118000 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
