Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking an exceptional Information Technology Associate from the Philippines to join our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Managing multiple tickets at one time
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Creating guides for the troubleshooting steps for the team’s reference
- Communicating with our IT partners directly
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Resolving network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
QUALIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience in computer troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge of relevant web services, mail, backup, and application monitoring
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Apps
- Knowledge of APIs
- Experience in a Systems Administrator / Engineer role (preferred but not required)
- Security clearance required

- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
