IT Associate [Philippines]


 

Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking an exceptional Information Technology Associate from the Philippines to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Managing multiple tickets at one time
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Creating guides for the troubleshooting steps for the team’s reference
  • Communicating with our IT partners directly
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Resolving network issues
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

QUALIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience in computer troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux)
  • Knowledge of relevant web services, mail, backup, and application monitoring
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Apps
  • Knowledge of APIs
  • Experience in a Systems Administrator / Engineer role (preferred but not required)
  • Security clearance required

PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
