Job Summary

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Process purchase orders received via mail, fax, or email for hardware products and software subscriptions. This includes collecting and storing required compliance documentation such as tax exemption certificates, and supplying forms as requested by the purchaser for the completion of the purchasing process including invoices.

Respond to mail, fax and email request from customers requesting price quotes, donations, or other requests related to order placement.

Process requests for special marketing programs or promotions that require order placement. Follow-up as needed to obtain necessary documentation for fulfilment.

Handle inbound and outbound mail for the Customer Service Center. This includes logging and distributing incoming mail as well as creating shipping labels for outbound packages.

Order supplies and equipment as needed for the Customer Service Center.

Other duties as required

EDUCATION

High school completion required.

EXPERIENCE TARGET

2 years' experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment.

2 years' experience in customer service, or a related field preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office applications

Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint

Ability to speak and express ideas clearly and concisely both written and verbal

Self-starter, willing to take the initiative

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to maintain documentation and records

Possess excellent customer service skills and written communication skills

Must be able to meet deadlines
