To be considered for this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a customer service or sales environment
- Strong telephonic skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Reside in Fish Hoek or surrounding area
