Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience within a customer service or sales environment
  • Strong telephonic skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Reside in Fish Hoek or surrounding area
