We are looking for a casual Export Administrator to join our team for around 4 – 6 months’ worth of work. Based on Peramangk Land at our Rowland Flat site you will be Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator. We are flexible with start and finish times for the right candidate.

You will be managing shipping containers for export and our warehouse packaging schedule, ensuring that requirements are met for customer orders.

- Coordinate export containers using relevant systems for receipting, shipping, and movement.
- Daily communication with relevant stake holders
- Daily monitoring of export container movements
- Advise team of any issues or risks of missing vessel cut-off or stock shortages

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Administration skills
- Inventory Management in a similar industry (highly regarded)
- JD Edwards experience (desirable)
