We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team!

PACKAGING SPECIALIST 1st and 2nd Shift
Primary responsibilities include properly packaging, labeling and stacking of products, supporting quality assurance activities and timely completion of all required production documentation.

Hiring 1st and 2nd Shift: 4/10-hour days!

• M - TH: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm - $15.75/hour
• M -TH: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am - $17.50/hour (Includes $1.75 shift differential)

PAY-FOR-SKILLS for advancement program based on ability to learn new skills

EXAMPLE:
$17.00/hour next level (Machine Operator) 1st Shift
$19.25/hour next level (Machine Operator) 2nd Shift (Includes $1.75 shift differential)
Overall Goal of Position
Assist in preparing products for shipment.

What will you do?

• Performing manual packaging tasks such as applying labels, applying lids, packing into cases, keeping packaging equipment loaded with blank packaging items.
• Stacking and palletizing boxes of finished goods.
• Take the initiative to organize and accurately perform all job functions required to meet volume and quality of product scheduled.
• Communicate clearly with others in process and support positions.
• Safely operate pallet jack to move materials.
• Regular attendance is an essential part of this function.
• Perform area-wide and system cleaning to meet GMP expectations.
• Adhere to all safety, operating, AIB, and GMP procedures. Notify management of any potentially dangerous safety hazards.
• Train co-workers in operation of system and procedures as directed.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
