The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Owner of the account from a selling, delivery, satisfaction and P&L point of view
- Responsible of developing new business around TCS portfolio
- Developing the strategy to get new business in the account
- Identify new opportunities and drive them through the complete life cycle
- Maintain and deepen relationships in the customer
- Year over year constant growth
Perfil buscado (h/m)
The successful candidate must:
- Have extensive sales experience in IT industry (ie. digital solutions, digital transformation, IT technology trends/cutting-edge solutions, etc) for insurance clients
- Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle.
- Interact with CxO and decision makers about their strategic growth objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their needs
- Experience in IT consultive sales
