Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Housing Officer to work a 9 month contract covering maternity leave
Working for a well known Housing provider you will be based and primarily covering the Liverpool region
This role will be in the office full time - There is no homeworking
The Housing Officer responsibilities include (not exclusively):
- All housing management functions for designated clients;
Lettings
Rent Arrears Control
Void control
Tenancy management
