Job Description:

About the Job
To operate as part of the anesthesia team by assisting the anesthesiologist and the CRNA in the administration and maintenance of general and regional anesthesia, by maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting various equipment needs, and by stocking and maintaining par levels of all anesthesia supplies.
This is a causal position with no authorized hours which picks up for call-ins and vacations and is not eligible for beneifts. Most of the time, this position will be working 2:30pm - 11:00pm and on weekends.
Physic al Demands: Standing, walking,REACHING WAIST LEVEL, LIFTING WAIST LEVEL <10 to 50 lbs max, carry waist level, pushing (upto 25 for gas machine), hearing, repetitive actions, speaking, seeing>
Mental Demands: Frequent people contact, irregular work schedule, frequent interruptions, decision making skills, concentration, ability to work independently, organizational skills, working with others and frequent deadlines.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED, anesthesia experience preferred. The ability to work as part of a team while completing individual responsibilities. Able to prioritize a wide variety of tasks. Able to Read, Write, and Speak English fluently. Able to lift 30 lbs.
