Software Customer Support Rep - Work From Home


 

We are looking for a new person to add to our small customer support team!

As a software customer service representative, you'll be a key player, providing technical assistance and support to our customers. But you won't be tied to a desk - you'll work from home and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-quality customer service, who can handle a variety of customer questions and concerns, and who can craft innovative solutions for our customers.

We'd like someone with at least two years of software customer service experience and who is highly proficient in using computers. An ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet is essential.

You'll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a genuine passion for helping customers find the solutions they need. Just as importantly, you must be motivated, reliable, and organized, with a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOFTWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP

Hello, I'm Brie, and today I'll share a typical day in my life as a work from home software customer service representative.

I start each day by responding to emails from customers. I answer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide helpful advice so that customers can get the most out of their software.

I also check and respond to customer phone calls, and help walk customers through the process of using their software. Every day brings something new, so it's important for me to stay up-to-date on the latest software updates and industry trends.

When I'm not responding to customers, I'm working on special projects. I might be creating new tutorials or updating existing help documents.

At the end of the day, I make sure I've provided top-notch customer service to everyone that contacted me. It's my job to provide an excellent experience for our customers every time.

I love working from home for a software company, as it gives me the opportunity to be creative and stay connected with our customers. Working with software is both challenging and rewarding, and I'm constantly learning something new.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

To be successful as a work from home software customer service representative, you must be tech savvy and able to quickly learn new software applications and systems.

You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, since you'll be the first point of contact for customers.

Additionally, you'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to effectively resolve customer issues.

The ability to work independently and well under pressure is also essential.

YOUR WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time flex customer service position requires availability during business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST on Monday - Friday. The schedule is between 20 to 40 hours per week with the ability to flex up in hours when requested.
