AXXIS Motorsports is Orange County’s most reputable shop for UTV service and modifications. Specializing in Polaris RZR and Can-Am UTVs. From basic service, suspension, installing cages, full engine rebuilds, and much more.

We are looking for a sales-driven individual with excellent communication and people skills to be our new Service Advisor.

A Service Advisor is the hub for all service/repair communication. All communication between the technician and the customer will be run through you. As a Service Advisor, it is your purpose to make the customer feel comfortable and confident when allowing us to work on their vehicle. Ensure that proper documentation is recorded of what issue the customer has with the vehicle to allow our technician to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. It is important that you can articulate problems and issues to the customer in a way that they can understand the issue with their vehicle and the reason for the recommendations from the technician.

In addition to writing service orders, we offer a wide variety of parts and accessories, and it is the responsibility of our Service Advisor to make suggestions and recommend parts to the customer, as well as assist them in finding the parts that they are looking to add or replace on their vehicle. Our recommendations around upgrades come from a strong understanding of the customer and when, how, and where the customer uses the vehicle. You must meet agreed-upon deadlines and timelines.

Training will be provided on what products and services you will be selling and model-specific upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist customers upon entrance
  • Schedules drop off and pickups of every customer on the calendar
  • Communicate repair recommendations from technician to customer, explaining in basic terminology, when needed
  • Write repair orders/estimates and send them to the customer via text or email
  • Ensure we solved customer problems that they came in for
  • Ensure that required documentation is completed per AXXIS process
  • Research problems to help you better explain issues with vehicles to customers
  • Continually learn about product updates, features, and accessories to help sell the correct product to suit the customer's needs
  • Meet goals set by management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Follow through on promises

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years service advisor experience
  • Motorcycle, UTV, automotive, mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment
  • Follow tasks and procedures
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-Motivated
  • Positive cheerful attitude
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment

Plus

  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • CDK LIGHTSPEED experience
  • Powersports shop experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
