Overview

As a vibrant and growing off price retailer, Burlington invests significantly in Media and Marketing. We are seeking to add an Advertising Project Manager to our team, with expertise in managing digital media projects in a fast-paced environment.

As the Advertising Project Manager , you will play a key role in the overall management of creative workflow for the Marketing team. This includes overseeing production for both print and digital creative project management by working with internal team members, internal departments, and external vendors. You will also ensure seamless execution of company branding and quality, while working on a high volume of creative projects. You will take ownership in developing project timelines, managing new project requests, managing innovative video and support in managing the budget. You will maintain company brand standards and manage project specifications for any given marketing vehicle, with a strong focus on paid media - digital, digital video and paid social. Success will be measured by accurately meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Support end-to-end creative execution for digital, digital video and paid social assets by establishing clear guidelines and expectations on deadlines and project terms to internal and external partners.
  • Manage all production for our dynamic creative optimization (DCO) campaign deliverables, ensuring quality and cohesion is implemented in the DCO platform to support customization.
  • Manages the creative execution on in-store graphics, events, and corporate requests, which include working cross-departmentally on multiple projects coordinating creative deliverables.
  • Continue to build and manage our digital asset management platform (DAM) – improving naming conventions and enhancing processes.
  • Trafficking final creative event campaigns, in-store signage, and corporate designs while internally preflighting jobs prior to releasing, to ensure files are approved, accurate, and correctly formatted ensuring creative is accurately saved for release.
  • Proof all marketing materials to ensure creative brief, marketing and company branding parameters are met.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of production/project management experience in retail, marketing, or advertising agency
  • Experience using WorkZone or equivalent project management tool,
  • Adobe Creative Suite including: Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on a Mac platform.
  • Exposure to a digital asset management system
