JOB SUMMARY
The Graphics Rollout Coordinator will oversee the production process and rollout of projects for in-store signs, graphics, etc. The Graphics Rollout Coordinator will have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage programs, inventory, and schedules. This role will be working with our Marketing Team and will maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure execution and completion of projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with the Marketing team to develop and produce in-store signs, graphics, and other projects
- Oversees the production process and rollout of projects
- Develops installation communications and schedules
- Conducts completion call with all locations and addresses any issues
- Manages program expense budgets and communicates any risk to supervisor
- Ensures vendor POs and invoices are produced and executed in a timely manner
- Works closely with vendor partners to simplify production process, streamline communications, and develop a response system to quickly react to field needs
- Manages inventory: forecast, maintain, and distribute graphic inventory
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of graphic Print Production Project Management background preferably for a retail or corporate organization
- 2 years of experience in fixture or construction roll out programs
- Experience with print industry and roll out program specifically in fixtures with applied vinyl graphics
- State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
- Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
