Role Introduction
Reports to: Level C within CSD
This role will handle projects assigned by managers, provide support on operations as well as review of existing procedures and operation enhancement projects according to the R&R subjects to the team assigned during the rotation.

This is a graduate trainee program, with a role assigned different units for job rotation and fast-track career path.
As a successful candidate, you will undergo 36 months comprehensive job development program featuring well-structured training program, cross-sections job attachment, and mentoring by CSD managers.
The program will provide training and leadership opportunities that enrich your professional knowledge and equip you to rise to managerial level.
Job function
- Support different Cargo Service Delivery teams on the development and coordination of operation, system enhancement projects with rotation.
- To start with, the trainee will be assigned to Cargo Operation Centre to gain the 1st hand working experience in cargo handling at hub environment.
- The trainee will be assign and rotate among below section based on their preferences, personalities and strengths -

- Cargo Standard Policy & Ops Support
- Dangerous Goods and Compliance
- Contract & Value Management
- Provide support on cargo operation issues
- Review on the existing cargo operation procedures and initiate changes
- Handle special projects as assigned by managers

Requirements
Education qualifications
- University degree holder or equivalent
Experiences
- 2 – 3 years’ working experience, preferably in cargo / logistics field in aviation industry
Skills and language requirements
- Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Analytical with strong project management and collaboration skills
- Have a strong will to drive operational excellence and willing to lead new skills and technology to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong interest to grow in air cargo and logistic industry
