- FULL TIME
- HOURS 7 am â€" 4 pm including evening, night, weekend and holiday call
- SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL (7%) !
The CRNA m ust be able to administer anesthesia or sedation to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
CRNA will have the ability to communicate with patients, family members and others on the health care team.
The CRNA is able to solve problems and to clearly document and communicate in writing.
CRNA has the a bility to evaluate laboratory results and tests and to manage fluids, blood, and electrolyte therapy.
The CRNA is r esponsible for assisting throughout the hospital â€" OB, ED and Med-Surg D epartments.
CRNA a ttends all codes, must be proficient with epidural anesthesia, PICC lines and preferably lumbar pain blocks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of a state board of nursing approved school of nursing .
- G raduate of an accredited school of anesthesia for nurses.
- C ertified by the Council of Certification or re-certified by the Council of R! e-certification as applicable.
- Must hold current Minn! esota RN license indicating CRNA status or a board eligible graduate with an approved temporary permit, as granted by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Must have approval of appointment and requested scope of practice.
