Duties/Responsibilities: The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Minnesota Medical School along with the physicians' practice group, University of Minnesota Physicians, is recruiting a candidate at the assistant, associate or full professor rank on the clinical scholar track. The successful candidate will practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview and other affiliated sites. The position will be in general anesthesia or a combination of general anesthesia and critical care. Teaching of residents, fellows, and medical students will be a vital function of this position.
Required/Preferred Qualifications: Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated qualifications in education, research and clinical care. ABA certification or board eligibility and Minnesota medical licensure required. The completion of fellowship training in critical care is required for an ICU appointment.
