Designation: Freelance – Communication Coach
Role Details
- Conduct one-to-one practice with coachees on various communication and professional skills
- Addressing queries of coachees related to different courses, their performance, and everything else that the platform includes.
- Analysing the current stage of proficiency of a coachee on the basis of the goals one wants to achieve and recording the progress after every session. Providing continuous feedback and ways to improve on the basis of various practice sessions
- Understanding the practice needs of every individual enrolled in the course. Design practice sessions tailored to the coachee’s need
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in Communication & Behavioural coaching
- Expertise in English communication
- Experience in Adult teaching/ Corporate Training.
