Role Objective
To perform data inventory transaction in ERP LN system and reconciliation activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation Proton Do's via Proton Delivery's Portal.
2. Convert Proton Do's &GDO in ERP LN System.
3. Other customer, sub con & warehouse transfer order.
4. Reconcile and close abnormality on SAP Proton Delivery vs LN shipments.
5. Barcode conciliation.
6. Maintain & monitor sales return receipt status.
7. Sampling stock count activities and analysis - all item groups (ITGs)
8. Stock take Post- Mortem investigation.
9. Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Report update on status Delivery Order conversion, barcode reconciliation and maintain receipt- which area related.
10. Maintain production order for related inhouse process.
11. Maintain purchase receipt.
12. Maintain production order via barcode.
13. Internal and external audit involvement.
14. Responsible in 5s at the workplace.
15. To perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors.
Qualification
- SPM or Diploma
- Computer literate (Good in Excel and Microsoft Word)

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,493.00 per month
