Description: Winona Health is currently seeking to employ Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) right now, this position will be settled in Minnesota. Under the direct or indirect supervision of Hospital Anesthesiologists and the Director of Surgical and Anesthesia Services, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) administers intravenous, inhalation, and other anesthetics to patients undergoing surgical procedures. In addition, the CRNA monitors patient's vital signs in a manner consistent with current standards, maintains anesthesia equipment to insure proper functioning, and maintains records of each anesthetic administered. The CRNA functions as a resource person in controlling pain (postop; labor, etc) and also functions in as a team member in team settings.
